demisemiquaver-Definition and Meaning

A ‘demisemiquaver’ is a musical term used to describe a note that is equivalent to one thirty-second of a whole note. In terms of duration, it is played for one-half the length of a sixteenth note (also known as a semiquaver). In standard musical notation, it is represented by a note with three flags or beams. Demisemiquavers are common in fast-paced music and are often used to create intricate rhythms.
